We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of HR experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Support new hire onboarding and induction activities. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and payroll coordination. Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices. Support HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources
Internship or project experience in HR functions
Knowledge of HRMS tools or applicant tracking systems
Understanding of payroll basics and statutory compliances
