How do I create a jobseeker account?

Account creation is simple and secure. We only use Google Sign-In. Just click the "Login with Google" button on the homepage to get started.

Why do I need to verify my ID with a PAN card?

ID verification is a mandatory one-time step to build a trustworthy and safe community. It ensures all profiles are authentic, which increases employer confidence. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours.

Profile & Job Matching

How do I get the best AI job recommendations?

Our AI provides the best matches when your profile is 100% complete. Please fill out all details, including your skills, past roles and responsibilities, and preferred locations.

What is the "My Availability" feature for?

The "My Availability" tab in your profile allows you to set your preferred days and times for interviews. By sharing your schedule preferences in advance, you help employers schedule interviews faster and reduce back-and-forth communication.

Chat & Communication

How does the chat feature work?

Only an employer who has received your job application can initiate a chat with you. Once they send the first message, you can reply and continue the conversation directly on our platform.

What are the rules for using the chat?

The chat feature is strictly for professional communication related to the job opportunity. Any use of uncomplimentary, inappropriate, or offensive language will result in a permanent lockout of your account.

Interview Scheduling

How are interviews scheduled?

Employers can schedule an interview with you directly from your applicant profile. They will consider your preferences from the "My Availability" tab. You will receive a notification once an interview has been scheduled.

Where can I see my interview schedules?

All your interviews are organized in the "Interviews" section of your dashboard. For easy management, you can view them under three separate tabs: "Scheduled" for upcoming interviews, "Past" for completed ones, and "Cancelled."
