Provide L1 voice-based technical support for home networking devices and customer systems.|Diagnose and resolve issues related to modems, routers, VPNs, and wireless systems.|Support end-users across multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.|Troubleshoot firewall configurations and ensure secure connectivity.|Work in 24x7 US shift environment with both-side cab facility.|Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
Required Qualifications
Graduate with a Computer Science background (Mandatory)
