Job Description
Lead SAP Quality Management (QM) implementation across manufacturing processes.|Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP QM configurations.|Perform blueprinting, design, testing, training, and go-live support.|Integrate SAP QM with PP, MM, and SD modules for seamless process flow.|Develop functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development team.|Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with stakeholders.|Ensure process compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.|Apply data analytics, root cause analysis, and AI/ML for supplier part quality prediction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP QM experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Proficiency in SAP PP, MM, and SD integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP QM certification.
- Familiarity with LSMW, interfaces, and Fiori apps.
- Six Sigma methodology.
- Experience in Semiconductor or repetitive manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in building control charts and dashboards.
